Welcome to 'If we can you can Talk' - inspired by the Entrepreneurs' Forum, the place where young people in the North East can share stories, advice and ideas about business and getting off the ground. It doesn't matter whether you're just a bit curious, you’ve dabbled with an enterprise competition, you’re fixing your mates computers to make some extra cash or you've already got a successful business and a personalised number plate - explore the site, share your views and find out how young entrepreneurs are making their mark all over the North East. We'll use the blog to add interviews and features on people we've met - feel free to add to it. Or get involved in the forum to share ideas and experiences.

And we'll be adding video of entrepreneurs we've filmed at various conferences as well as serialising an exciting documentary over the coming months.

Bring Out The Branson - Entrepreneurial Relish Student Conference announced!!

4th November
Venue: Hilton Hotel, Gateshead
Time: 11.30 am - 5.00 pm

With special guest speakers James Murray Wells, Founder and Executive Chairman of Glasses Direct / Chris Taylor, Director of Superkrush Films / Ruth Amos, Founder of The StairSteady / Alexander Amosu, mobile phone ringtones entrepreneur / Caspar Barry, conference host
Ideas, creativity, vision, ambition, persistence and just a dash of the 'disruptive' - they're all part of the formula for entrepreneurial success.

But THE secret ingredient is YOU.

Find out how to Bring out the Branson in yourself with a unique mix of inspiration and insight 'cooked up' by some of the UK's leading entrepreneurs as well as our own home grown talent.
It's a first class opportunity to get a taste of what it's really like and at a time when some more traditional routes after university have been closed off, what it takes to turn your entrepreneurial aspirations into reality.

As if that weren't reason enough to book your place, there are four more fantastic reasons to come along:

Conference host Caspar Berry - Founder of Twenty First Century Media, actor and former professional poker player. Revolution "hot shot" James Murray-Wells, an entrepreneur who whilst still in college saw a great business opportunity. Seizing a niche in the market for selling eyeglasses online, James used his college loan money to start such a business and it was successful enough to earn over £1million in its first year of operation!

We are also delighted to have 19 year old inventor Ruth Amos, who made her mark in the world of engineering by developing and marketing The StairSteady and regional entrepreneur, TV and film-maker Chris Taylor, a regional entrepreneur who has turned his creative concept into a robust business.

Ending the day with the Lord of the Ringtones, we will hear from Alexander Amosu a boy no longer at the back of the class with the cheap and nasty trainers. He is now Britain's most successful seller of mobile-phone ringtones and a self-made millionaire, with plans to make it bigger in business!

BOOKING DEADLINE - SATURDAY 31st OCTOBER
