Well I was there for a month; we did two treks (a four day, and a seven day one), and spent a week working in a school for disabled children which was really rewarding. The country's really mountainous, which made the trekking hard, but the scenery was great and - looking back - I'm really glad I went!

You been away anywhere?

It's still going strong. I've been working on a couple of things over the summer which I hope will be ready to launch soon, and it's all going really well. The month in Kyrgyzstan just allowed my mind to go wild with creativity...!

How's your summer been?
